I grew up in the household that was full of herbs, flowers, and weeds. Yes, I mean Weeds that existed in our own front and backyard.
I remember when I was growing up, I cannot remember anyone in my family ever having to see a doctor or go to the hospital. We had our own herbs and medicines for just about everything. You can do that too!

Red clover is good, you might also try Evening Primrose and Lady's Mantle for menopause symptoms.
Night Sweats:
Sage leaf (infusion). Motherwort would be another good herb.
